Frequently Asked Questions
Will the ink smudge on candy wrappers or invitations? No, all printed items are printed on a high quality Laser printer. The ink will not smudge even if liquid is spilled on the wrapper or invitation.
What type of paper is used for wrappers or invitations? Wrappers are printed on high quality business gloss paper. Invitations are printed on regular cardstock but can be printed on gloss cardstock for an additional fee. Name sheets are printed on high quality gloss or matte photo paper and custom letters are printed on custom letterhead.
Are there discounts for large orders? Discounts are given according to the number of wrappers you purchase. Please see the pricing table but if you have a specific question about pricing, then please email me.
Do you sell the candy too? Because I am based in Texas, I do not sell completed wrapped candy until November. It is too hot in Texas so between April-November the temperature is very high and will melt candy. If you are interested in Wrapped Candy between November-March, I am very willing to negotiate pricing. If you live in the Austin-San Antonio corridor, I am very willing to make completed wrapped candy for your special event. A delivery price can be negotiated. Email me with any specific requests.
How do I wrap the candy? Included in every purchase is a detailed instruction sheet that will explain to you how to wrap the candy. It is very simple and does not require extensive labor.
What supplies are recommended? I use regular scotch tape, double sided tape, and 1.55 oz Hershey bars. The wrappers will also fit the Nestle Crunch bar which is still wrapped using the traditional foil packaging. Hershey’s bars are no longer wrapped with foil so to get the traditional look foil is recommended.
What if I need help after I have received my order? I am available Monday– Saturday to support you in any way necessary. Please see the contact us section for hours of availability.
Will you mail custom letters or name sheets directly to the recipient? Absolutely Yes!! If you would like a custom letter or name sheet addressed directly to the recipient we can do this for you. Name sheets are mailed flat to prevent damage so they are perfect for framing upon receipt. Custom letters from Santa can be postmarked with a special north pole stamp if orders are received by Dec. 10, 2007.
Do you send proofs? At this time, I cannot send any proofs via snail mail. I will send a JPEG proof for all new orders so that you can see your design before I print it. I will not print until I have your assurance that the design is what you expect.
Please Note: Colors may vary slightly from computer to print but I assure you that the quality of your finished product will not be compromised.
What kind of paper is used for invitations? Unless otherwise stated in the description, invitations are printed on 110lb cardstock. All invitations are printed using a high quality laser printer.
Will you add a photo? I can add a photo to most wrappers and invitations. If you would like to incorporate a photo into a custom design, we can do that too. There is NO CHARGE to add a photo into your design if you have a digital image (.jpeg images are required) You can mail me the photo you would like to use in your design and I can scan it in for an additional $2.00. If you would like the photo returned to you then you must include a self addressed stamped envelope with the photo. Professional photos will require a release from the photographer giving permission to use the photo in the design. Do not crop your photo as I will do this for you when creating your design.
What size picture is needed for magazine covers? A minimum 4x6 size photograph is needed if you are mailing me a picture to scan. If you are sending a picture via email it must be 300DPI and in JPEG format.
How do I order? Click on the image that you are interested in. The hyperlink will take you to an order page. Fill in the order information. Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. I will draft a proof and your invoice and send them to you for approval. Once approval and payment are received, your order will be processed.
Shipping Information
Where do you ship to? I will ship anywhere in the united states. At this time, no international orders are accepted.
What shipping methods are available? Orders will be shipped using USPS unless otherwise requested. My primary service provider is FedEx but if you prefer UPS I can ship using this method as well.
How soon will I receive my order? Birth announcements are always completed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving the order. All other orders will ship within 7 business days of receiving the order. Rush deliveries are available.

Magazine covers are printed on high quality photo paper that is water resistant. The quality of the photo is superb. The colors are bright and vibrant and wont smudge. Frames are available in Black or White. Images must be sent with a minimum 300DPI. If no digital image is available you may send a photo via snail mail. See FAQ.
