What are your terms of use for content on your website?

I am very pleased to share my ideas and pictures with others. I only ask that if you do use any photos or instructions found on my site that you link back to my site and give me proper credit for it. If I find content from other sites, I will definitely give credit to the site that I found the inspiration on.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is as simple as sending me an email. I also operate an etsy shop at www.etsy.com/shop/asuniqueasyou.

If you email me your order, I will send you a paypal invoice. I require all payment before I begin work on your order. I can also create a custom listing for you on my etsy shop if you prefer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary depending on the item purchased. Currently I only use USPS to ship my items. I can do rush orders and ship via FedEx, however, the expedited shipping fee will vary by location. Wood signs range from the following:

1. Wood sitting blocks up to 8" in length- $4.00

2. Wood signs 6" x 12"- $5.00
3. Wood Signs 6" x 18"- $10.00

4. Medium tiles 6"x 6"- $5.00

5. Small Tiles 4" x 4"- $4.00
For larger signs, I try to use flat rate shipping whenever possible!!!
Please NOTE: dimensions for wood sign are actually based on construction measurements. This means that a 6"x12" sign is actually 5.5". I dont understand why they do that but they do lol. Each cut is done by hand and after sanding the length may be slightly shorter than 12".

How long does it take to process an order?

I can have your order completed within 5-7 business days. I do not do any work on Sundays. Larger orders may take a little longer but I will let you know in advance.

Do I have to apply vinyl lettering letter by letter?

No, if you purchase vinyl lettering only, I will include the transfer tape that is necessary to apply the vinyl to your surface. It will make the transfer process very easy. I also include step by step instructions for you to follow.

Can I put the vinyl lettering on car windows?

Yes, our vinyl is perfect for car windows. The vinyl we use is rated for outdoor use. It is important that you clean car windows with glass cleaner before you apply the vinyl.

Can I use a font that is not on your list?

Yes, if the font is readily available. You can also check out http://www.dafont.com/ and review font choices there. if the font is not identified for personal use only, then we can use it.

What vinyl colors are available?

What is your return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on custom items. If you request specific personalization on an item, then it cannot be returned for a refund. If you purchase vinyl lettering only, then we cannot accept a return since vinyl is a one time use application. For any stock items that can be placed easily back into inventory, then we will accept a return and provide a refund minus the shipping costs. The refund will be given when the item is received back in our store. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We take a lot of pride in our work and we hope that you are never dissatisfied with something you have purchased from us. Please contact us immediately if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

What are your copyright rules?

As Unique As U does not claim any ownership to the quotes/sayings used on our website. Each quote/saying is what we believe to be public domain. All graphics, art, and graphic designs have been legally purchased or designed/owned by As Unique As U. Please do not ask us to copy another companies work. We will do our best to design a look that is right for you with the extensive array of graphics and fonts available to us.

Can vinyl be applied to walls?
We now offer Oracal 631 wall applicable vinyl. It can be safely applied to flat wall surfaces. Black and white is currently in stock. I can order other colors, so please email if you have a specific color need and it is likely that I can get it for you.
